Chad Durham
In his role as national Vice President, Chad Durham is responsible for leading the build-to-rent business across the company and will continue to lead the growth of our business’s footprint into additional markets. During his tenure in homebuilding, he’s held several positions, including Senior Builder, Purchasing Consultant, Community Manager, Project Manager, and Division President. As Division President, he oversaw the land acquisition and land development for numerous communities with a variety of product types, ranging from high-density townhomes to high-end custom homes. In 2020, he led the launch of Integrity Community Builders, which has now grown across several markets with multiple fully stabilized and performing communities and numerous more under development and in the pipeline.
Durham is passionate about empowering his Team Members and does his best to ensure that they have the knowledge, support, and proper tools to be successful and grow with the company. Raised in Austin, he attended Texas Christian University on a baseball scholarship where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications. Prior to entering the homebuilding industry, he was the 25th draft pick for the Houston Astros in 2001 and played for the organization from 2001-03. Durham is also active with his church and donates his time and resources to assist the ministries and outreach program.
Briana Booker
As the coordinator for the Integrity Community Builders team, Briana Booker leverages over a decade of administrative experience to streamline operations and foster strong partnerships. As a key liaison for the team, she ensures seamless communication between internal and external team members and partners, manages complex calendars and drives impactful marketing initiatives.
Prior to joining Integrity Community Builders, Booker worked in an administrative role for David Weekley Homes for five years, processing homeowner closings, coordinating the production of meeting presentations, and utilizing different technologies for data analysis and interpretation. Additionally, she honed her administrative skills in the fast-paced behavioral health industry, where she successfully launched a multifaceted treatment facility.
She graduated magna cum laude from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing and Communication.
Nat Heston
With more than 15 years of home building and real estate experience, Nat Heston brings a wealth of experience to his current role as Regional Business Development Manager. He is responsible for sourcing, analyzing, and marketing potential build-to-rent projects to investor partners to create a financially successful development that is in the best interest of both parties.
Heston joined David Weekley Homes in 2018 as a Land Acquisition Manager for the Houston Division, where he was primarily focused on the company’s high-density product line. While in that role, he had the opportunity to assemble numerous build-to-rent projects in Houston and procure investor partners, which led to his current position.
Prior to joining Integrity Community Builders, he worked across multiple areas within the real estate industry, including residential development, corporate real estate, single-family sales, urban and suburban land acquisitions, condominium developments, and build-to-rent developments. Heston has acquired over $100 million in raw land and over 3,000 finished lots throughout his career.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate and Operations Management from Baylor University and a master’s in Business Administration from St. Thomas University.
Brett Loren
As the Analyst for Integrity Community Builders, Brett Loren provides complete and detailed financial analysis for our investment partners. He allows the team to evaluate new opportunities by developing Excel models, creating comp sets, and forecasting returns. Additionally, he is responsible for creating investment proposal packages and communicating recent market trends and conditions.
Prior to joining the Integrity Community Builders team, he worked as an acquisition analyst for a vertically integrated real estate investment development and operational company with an emphasis on new construction and full community developments. He was responsible for over $20 billion of underwriting and cash flow projection for single-family properties and over $5 million of lot underwriting for a newly launched modular homes vertical.
Additionally, he spent time as a financial analyst for a leading national home loan lender and servicer. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Vimal Patel
Since joining the Integrity Community Builders team in 2023, Vimal Patel has been essential in helping grow the build-to-rent platform given his extensive network and experience in the rental space. Vimal is responsible for connecting the company’s local divisions to a national platform of investors/operators maintaining an active mandate of delivering tangible build-to-rent projects across the country. Specifically, Vimal sources, underwrites and markets build-to-rent projects, and he provides investors the ability to hire the company for horizontal/vertical development on their land.
His career over the last 15 years has included positions in capital markets, real estate corporate development, and real estate private equity. In those roles, he has worked at investment banks, an international owner/operator of mixed-use real estate assets, and with private equity investors focused on both industrial and single-family assets. In his most recent position he closed $650MM of build-to-rent and single-family rentalassets from a network of builders and investors.
He attended Purdue University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Management and also earned his Master in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin with a focus on real estate and finance.
